I love how paint strokes on a canvas can magically come together to create a colorful bouquet of flowers that will last forever!
MY STORY
I painted with my family when I was a child. We painted landscapes scenes using oil paints and palette knives. I remember feeling so proud of my creations. I had a smile beaming ear to ear. Then, I became a teenager and I only wanted to do teenager things!
My mother painted as I grew into adulthood and I realized I missed creating. So, off we went to workshops and suddenly my smile was back. And I felt pride again.
I joined a community art group in my city, Portage la Prairie, and became a member @Cre8ery in Winnipeg. I started showing my work and people were happy as they looked at my art. How is that not the best feeling? Bringing joy to people through color on a canvas!
